I just completed an interior photoshoot of a Delray Beach condominium located on A1A for New York Designer Doreen Chambers, http://www.doreenchambers.com/ .Her work is contemporary but has classic infuences as well. You can see repeated structural elements in the furniture to the doors and I really like her subtle use of color and shapes.

I recently got the opportunity to photograph a historic Delray Beach home built in 1925. Located on Swinton Ave. in Delray Beach the house was impeccably restored and really maintained the true character of that time period.

A house located in Lake Ida Delray I was hired to photograph has the most incredible tropical backyard I've ever seen. With stone steps several paths meander through an acre of lush trees and tropical plants. Pergolas and tiki huts also make for peaceful places to sit and relax.

The Morikami Gardens and South Beach Park in Boca Raton make for beautiful backgrounds for on location portraits. Without the heat and humidity of summer more time can be spent outside with my clients.

I had a picture perfect day last week to photograph an office building located on Forum Way in West Palm Beach. I got a variety of exterior shots and interior shots. Having floor to ceiling glass windows makes the office space a challenge to shoot, especially when the client wants to see detailed views during the day. I am pleased with the results and I prefer not using HDR software, using HDR I find gives the photo an artificial look to it.
Last week I got to go to NYC to photograph the interior & exterior of 2 new Infinite Beauty stores, (There's one located in The Boca Town Center). I covered the Grand Opening of their Manhattan store on 3rd Ave. & 61st St. A beautiful day there in the mid sixties and sunny so it was a lot of fun walking around during my downtime between shoots.

A long time client of mine who I did many photo restorations for came into the studio for a portrait of himself. He said he wanted to send this photo to his remaining family members.
I think we captured a genuine expression of his.
Last week I took a series of photos on the shore of Delray Beach just before dawn
and as the sun was rising. Because of the higher humidity of late June and the position of the
sun the color and light are different than the winter months. The haze diffuses the light
and produces more color. These photos are for a client who wants large prints for a new
Real Estate office in Delray Beach.

I recently did a fun Holiday portrait of a young family who wanted something a little different.They had in mind a photo of the three of them with their baby floating away toward the Christmas tree.I always love a photoshop retouching challenge so I said "No problem". I shot a few exposure with andwithout the baby in the Dad's arms and put the layers together. They loved the final result.
Architectural Interior Designer Carlos Herrera has a full page ad in the current Florida Design Magazine. The photos are from a shoot I did of a renovated condo in Nassau, Bahamas. Carlos does beautiful work and was very enthusiastic about showing me the details he had incorprated. He was able to improve the actual layout of the place.
Friday was an interesting and fun afternoon shooting on location at CBS Sports Interactive
Fantasy Football online personalities Jamie, Dave, Adam & Nando were a lot of fun to work with. The first series of shots were taken on the set getting various angles and crops. After finishing on set I took a bunch of shots of each host on a white background.
With the help of my nephew Tony Roslund, a photographer and my computer guru, I've been able to update my website. I will be able to customize and tweek the site with much more ease than before with this Squarespace template.
